Update: Name change to 2026 Corporate Holdings Limited

Global InterConnection Group Limited, renamed 2026 Corporate Holdings Limited, announces that the Board has determined that the Company should transition to private ownership and so will commence the process to delist the Company’s shares from Euronext Amsterdam.
